RiseXcel facilitates clinical coordination, home nursing, physiotherapy rehabilitation, and medical visits. Submission of a consultation request on this website does not constitute an automatically confirmed clinical appointment or a binding doctor-patient relationship until confirmed directly by our clinical triage team.

3. Emergency Disclaimer

This website is not an emergency response dispatch service. For life-threatening emergencies anywhere in Mauritius, users must dial SAMU on 114 or proceed to the nearest regional hospital casualty department.
